The Communications Center Supervisor (CCS) course is designed for the experienced public safety emergency dispatcher who is ready to move into supervisory or leadership positions. The course content meets or exceeds APCO ANS 3.102.2-2017 Core Competencies and Minimum Training Standards for PSC Supervisor and NENA 9-1-1 Center Supervisor Program.
Participants should be experienced in communications center operations, have a working knowledge of policies and procedures, and be either in or under consideration for a supervisory position.

Pricing is based upon a subscription model. The indicated price enables users to access their online training for 365 days. Once the training has been completed, and related assessment passed, electronic certificates of completion with CEU information will be available for download.
Individual Plan pricing is per enrolled candidate; the Full and Basic Site Plans are based upon the total number of authorized public safety emergency dispatchers (including vacancies).
