PATROL Enrollment

Within two business days of receiving your completed subscription agreement and student enrollment information, each designated peace officer will receive a personalized e-mail providing a username, password, and login instructions. Follow the instructions below to begin your enrollment.

1. Active law enforcement agencies download this subscription agreement.
   Inactive peace officers download this subscription agreement.
   Once completed, email it to patrol@lmc.org or fax to 651-215-4155.
2. Download the student enrollment form. Once completed, email it to patrol@lmc.org.
