Plans
Site Plans: Site plans are designed to accommodate the training needs for your entire agency or organization. Each authorized Dispatcher receives access to one or more training titles. If a Dispatcher leaves the Agency while the subscription is active, access is provided to the new hire for the remainder of the subscription.
- Full Site Subscription: Each authorized Dispatcher receives access to the online emergency dispatch Basic, Refresher, and Telecommunications Center Supervisor titles. Full site subscriptions are based upon the number of authorized Dispatchers.
- Basic Site Subscription: Each authorized Dispatcher receives access to the online emergency dispatch Basic training. The Basic site subscription is based upon the relative size of the Dispatch agency.
Individual Courses: Individual courses are designed to accommodate the training needs of a single individual. These plans cannot be transferred to another individual.

Full Site Subscription
The Full site subscription allows access to all three of the online emergency dispatch training courses for an annual price of only $149 per authorized position. This provides Public Safety Access Points a cost-effective solution to accommodate new dispatchers, meet annual training requirements, and enhance professional growth of their employees.
All emergency dispatch agencies experience some turnover; with the Site Subscription reasonable emergency dispatcher turnover is covered so your annual training costs are stabilized. When an emergency dispatcher resigns or leaves the agency, just call us and we will create a new account to finish out the subscription.

The Basic site subscription allows all communications center personnel to access Basic online emergency dispatch training through an affordable annual subscription. Just select the tier that corresponds to your total number of authorized Dispatchers (including any vacancies).
